Fruity, intense, bilogical, Frappo is one of the flagships of the Caruso & Minini quality pyramid. A rosé that comes from the best selection of Frappato grapes on the hills, hand-picked in the Marsala hinterland, between late September and early October. It continues in the cellar with an 8-hour maceration at 10°, soft pressing, fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature. It ends with a 4-month refinement in steel tanks, then in the bottle. Fresh, lively, Frappo is characterized by an aromatic bouquet based on strawberry and cherry and a delicate acidity, in an elegant combination of innovation and tradition. Particularly evocative are the colors of the label where a pink flamingo is depicted, an iconic bird of the Stagnone nature reserve.
