Elegance and minerality are the distinctive elements of “Frappello”, the legacy of two vines in a unique territory: the Marsala hinterland. The harvest of Frappato and Nerello Mascalese takes place, expertly and by hand, among the lights and scents of the gentle hills that surround the area. It continues in the cellar with maceration and fermentation, at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 15-20 days; steel also for malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged partly in 225-liter barriques for 4 months, the rest for 8 months in steel tanks. A fresh and generous red, with spicy notes, suitable to accompany both meat and fish.
