The heat will make the fat more melting, releasing all its delicate and at the same time spicy aromas. A real pleasure for the spirit and especially for the throat. Spiced Lard is a delicious product, made exclusively with the best selected lard from our pigs. The best pieces are chosen, the rind is removed, salted and seasoned with herbs. The lard is then left to mature for about a couple of months in refrigerators at controlled temperature and humidity.
