Our salami is made only with the best cuts of pigs from our farms. It is the classic salami to eat at the table with friends and relatives, to organize aperitifs or an Italian appetizer or alternatively for a quick lunch with homemade bread.  The production process involves cutting the pork with a knife, then grinding it with a disc with large holes, to finally be processed with the addition of salt and black pepper and flavorings. Once produced, the mixture is stuffed into natural casing and aged for about a month in refrigerated cells at controlled temperature and humidity. Try this spicy version now, pairing it with our cheeses from "Le Bontà di Villa Dafne" and with an inevitable good glass of wine.
