The Bacon is a tasty cured meat produced with the cheek of our pigs. The cheek is deprived of its rind, salted and seasoned with herbs and then placed between two wooden sticks and tied tightly with thick-diameter string. It is then left to mature for about 2-3 months in refrigerators at controlled temperature and humidity.
