Smoked Bacon Pancetta is a tasty cured meat produced with the belly of our pigs. The production technique involves the preparation of a brine in which the pancetta remains for 5 days. Afterwards, it is baked with all the rind for about 10-12 hours at a low temperature. This allows all the aromas to be trapped inside and keeps it tender, tasty and very fragrant, with a pleasant smoky note.
